Jordan Valley Mill Spun!
We finally did it! Animal friendly mill spun yarn from our own happy sheep- AND Jenny's happy alpacas & llamas! The fiber is washed here at our farm, then sent to the girls down the road at www.argylefibermill.com for machine spinning.
We will be offering a variety of weights, colors (natural & dyed) as we get the yarns back from the mill. Argyle uses no chemicals on the fiber or yarn- and they are just a hop and a jump from us so we save shipping-all in the valley right? ;0)
If you have any questions please let us know, we will be adding more yarn as it arrives so keep an eye out! All skeins are re-washed when I get them back here so there should not be any 'poofing' issues when you wash your finished garments.... all set to go! Animal friendly all the way!! |

7-29-10- UPDATE FINITO- finally! Hope you will have a good browse- be sure to look through all the fiber pages, new fibers pop up on ALL of them, not just the first! The big Baaazinga fiber party will begin on Sunday, Aug 1- giddyup!
