Jenny's Alpaca, Llama & Guanaco Farm!
Jenny's Alpaca, Llama & Guanaco Farm!
Our good friend Jenny is a very dedicated rescue girl of llamas, alpacas or guanacos in need. She also has a few sheep and loves angora goaties! She has a beautiful farm that is very tailored to her fiber family's comfort and happiness. Predators are discouraged by her rescue donkeys too--and she has also added a few horses that needed a safe landing place... Jen is a peach beyond peaches!

While Jenny is happy to take in critters in need, one of the most fun to see her take in are 'rogue' or 'naughty' alpacas/llamas who have an attitude that makes them a bad pet--but once in the flock at Jen's, they are fine, fit right in and settle down into the routine. She has a very not willing to share his family papa Guanaco--Jen has to be careful not to get spit on--even if she is feeding them GRAIN? Silly Guanaco!

Jen finds well vetted homes for her charges if possible but any special needs or long term care fiber friends have a forever home with her. Nobody is rushed out that is for sure!

You will see fiber from Jenny's flock on our site and every penny you spend on the unwashed fiber goes directly to her for the care of this special flock. We will be launching a new line of animal friendly wool/alpaca sock yarn very soon, and have some ideas for others that combine both our best efforts--keep an eye out!!

The pictures below are the Guanacos and one of her alpacas Denbigh..... :0) I absolutely cannot say enough good about Jen--she has a heart of gold hardly covers this wonderful person!!
