Macki
More twins! Sweet, curly Cotswold babies!! Amelia is Ross' lamb and Macki is mine. They are both healthy and happy in Kelly's group, however, we are watching Macki carefully to see that he gets enough time to eat. His lower jaw does not meet his upper jaw, which makes chewing a bit more of a challenge. He doesn't seem very affected by it, is not much smaller than his sister and loves to chase around with Sunshine and Mario!

Well, we got to snuggle up Macki for less than a year, I miss him SO much and he worked hard to stay with us. His teeth were terrible (genetic) and while we did everything we could, it became apparent that he was not going to be able to eat and keep weight on so he could be a happy, healthy sheep. We put him to sleep and it is the hardest decision we ever have to make-- I never leave them and know he felt loved, safe and I hope now he is healthy and hopping about like a lamb should be..... we'll meet again....

10-5-08- Rainy day update is ready for browsing! The sheep will have a larger update this week, washed, dyed and unwashed wool and hoping for a box from the mills!!-- be sure you are on our mailing list ok? :0)

If you ever need something you do not see on the site, please email the sheep--we are happy to get you fixed up with some spectacular fiber and yarn!!
