Happy, Gilmore & Chance!
Happy, Gilmore & Chance!
Happy was a bottle baby --a beautiful Lincoln/Cheviot cross lamb from our friend's herd. He came to us during a cold snap that made it unusually hard for the ewes to dry the babies fast enough when they were born. He is very much living up to his name and his best friends are Frosty, Gilmore and Chance. 

Gilmore came along not long after Happy--he is a Lincoln/Merino cross lamb and is very spunky! He is a beautiful sheep (but aren't they ALL???)! He is a little shy but very silly when carousing about with his friends!

hance (Lincoln/Romney cross) had some challenges in the beginning but has now caught up with the rest of the bunch.   Chance is completely done being challenged! He is out with Dalai's group of sheep and does not stray far from Dalai or his best friends Frosty, Goliath, Happy and Gilmore--his fleece is very long, luxurious and curly--I see lash yarn walking around my pasture!!
