Our Chaquita is a sweet llama who takes care of our five goaties. She was a much loved llama owned by a friend- and this llama needed a job! She takes her job very seriously- and the goats spend a majority of their days scampering around and hiding on her. What a family! You can read more about them and see more pictures on our 'meet the sheep' pages!

Chaquita and her friend Max the llama sent their fiber out to be carded into clouds at our local fiber mill. When the fiber got back here, the two llamas chose to dye it up a beautiful, rich yellow. I spun it into a single ply, corespun yarn and while I was spinning their fiber, Max and Chaquita added in matching strips of fabric, fiber, bling and more- AND chose a gold sparkle thread to randomly wrap itself around the yarn as I spun it up! A beautiful, soft yarn ready for any of your next projects!

News Update

7-29-10- UPDATE FINITO- finally! Hope you will have a good browse- be sure to look through all the fiber pages, new fibers pop up on ALL of them, not just the first! The big Baaazinga fiber party will begin on Sunday, Aug 1- giddyup!
