My hubby is great, I got not one, but FIVE new McNair/Kendra Romney lambs for Christmas--way happy me!! These four are the black lambs that need names, which we are still working on--should we have a name the lamb contest?? Hmmmm. More info soon!!

The fifth lamb we knew was heading our direction--his name is Jolly. He was born a very odd looking little lamb, his mama didn't care though but we have concerns that he will have future issues in life. For starters, he learned to walk BACKWARDS?! He has that all figured out now and looks to be healthy and happy. He is a very laid back sheep who likes to watch and figure things out--he hangs with his merry little band of black sheep and they have a lot of fun scampering about the farm!

Jolly's fleece is gorgeous Romney wool, with curly crimp averaging 4 inches, some longer. Next to the skin soft and he tends to keep his fleece very clean? Hope THAT continues! ;0)

7-29-10- UPDATE FINITO- finally! Hope you will have a good browse- be sure to look through all the fiber pages, new fibers pop up on ALL of them, not just the first! The big Baaazinga fiber party will begin on Sunday, Aug 1- giddyup!
