Ordering Information

Before you send payment, please e-mail us at ryan3@tds.net  or call first to check availability of items and to obtain shipping quotes. Items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Shipping fees are not included in our prices. We do everything we can to keep your shipping costs as low as possible and only charge exact shipping charges--no handling fees. Insurance is recommended--we are not responsible for packages lost during shipping unless insurance is purchased.

(our good friend James recommends stepping back when you open your box of fiber! We work very hard to keep shipping charges to a minimum and since wool is very 'squishable', it is very easy to pack a large amount into a small box--which could lead to a fiber explosion!)

(Wisconsin residents add 5.5 % sales tax to order.)

After receiving an order confirmation email, payment is to reach the Homestead within 10 days (unless other arrangements are made) or item(s) will be returned to our stock and offered for sale.

Homestead Terms and Conditions: 

We try to accurately describe items for sale through words and pictures--there can be a variance in color from computer screen to computer screen. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges. There will be a $35 bank charge on all returned checks.  

Returns, Loss and Damage

Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns, claims for damage and please read policies below!

  1) Returns must be arranged within 30 days of receipt of item and item must return to us  in original condition. 

2) Approved return products may be returned for merchandise/store credit only-no cash refunds. 

3) Shipping fees are not refundable.

We do not share any personal information with third parties, and do not use any personal information for any purposes.
