Monroe Sheepy Police Detectives!
 
Meet Andrew Sipowicz (right) and his partner/sister and his partner/sister Bobbi Simone (left)-our soon to be arriving flock detectives & foot patrol! When they are a little older and done being trained at the sheep guarding academy with a local flock, they will take over watch of our larger group of sheep. Dalai Llama will then shift over to the baby sheep tour of duty!
 
 
Update: Bobbi & Andrew have grown to be beautiful dogs who do great work guarding our sheep and goats! They have a small group of sheep to keep watch over and are kept very busy. Bobbi is the 'tracker' and sounds the alarm when things are not quite right and Andrew takes his place in between Bobbi & the 'danger' and his sheep to protect them. They are an amazing pair that works well together and it is so wonderful to see how they just naturally know how to do their job. They are happy puppies too that love to play tug with each other and chase milk jugs around the pasture. The sheep keep them in line and often we find the dogs curled up around a sheep taking a nap--specially Jim's sheep Ruby! |

7-6-08- Happy 4th everyone--weekend update is done, be sure to browse around, lots of new pictures too! The sheep's next update is planned for Wedbesday (7/9)! Cheers!
