Frosty's Scarf!
Frosty's Scarf!

Frosty arrived years ago, one of a gaggle of bottle lambs we adopted from a friend! They tromped around the house for almost 2 months because they were born in the coldest part of winter. It made it hard for the mom's to get them dry and eating fast enough. Most had twins so they could keep up with the strongest one but then the straggler gets left behind. ANYhoo, the babies are my favorite when I get to have them in the house. They run around in pampers everywhere I go, they go outside every time the dogs do and then they flop down on their blankets/sleeping bags for a good nap. They even learn that the microwave 'beep' means lunch is ready! Frosty and his friends are a family within the flock. His best buddy is Happy. You can read more about them in our meet the sheep pages!

Frosty is a Lincoln cross sheep with silky wool he dyed up and had me hand spin into a gorgeous, bulky yarn. We sent the yarn to my Mom to knit- and this snuggly, pretty scarf came back! Saweet! Go stylin' with Frosty and keep warm this fall and winter!

Scarf measures about 4 inches wide x 30 inches long.

News Update

3/14/15-Working toward a mid-week update. It's mud city here already- eek! Warm enough the sheep want to unload their woolie coats. Reminded them this is Wisconsin and it stays cold til April now. That little tidbit did not go over very well...

Don't forget we have wool and fiber available year round.
If you don't see what you need listed on our website,
