Wyatt!
Wyatt!

Wyatt was a bottle lamb a few years ago! He was such a funny boy. He spent a month or so in the house until we found a friend for him to grow up with. Nobody is allowed to be lonely here! I LOVE having them scampering around the house- miss them so much when they move outside to be 'real' sheep. Sniffle.

He spent his early days sleeping in Jim's recliner, wrapped up in one of my handspun/handknit Crazy Quilt afghans. He knew what was what right?

He has grown into a gorgeous Suffolk sheep but kept his funny lamb voice. When he calls to the other sheep, or me, he sounds like George of the Jungle. A really high pitched George of the Jungle! No mistaking him that's for sure!

Wyatt's fleece is on the medium side of soft, features locks 4+ inches long and a bit of bounce. Perfect for socks.

His best friend is Baker. They spend a lot of time sunning or eating. My kind of sheep!

News Update

7/28/14- The sheep are enjoying some breezy, not so humid days. Even doing a little tanning of tummies and legs? Whoa!

They are also working on a new blog. We can get into the old one but not to edit or add to it. It will stay on our site as 'archives'. Lots to do lots to do.

Our next update will be Wednesday, July 30. If you are looking for something you don't see on the site, just send an email on over!

Smooches from the sheep!
