--Sheep we sell wool for!

Noodle is our second deaf Border Collie- she is sister to our Libby. She has helped Libby back to the 'real' world and has been a blessing! Libby was so content to stay outside and watch the sheep, she never wanted to come inside with us- not even for a drink of water. Then along came Noodle, a little fat puppy, who has become Libby's best friend for life- she is one year younger than Libby, and they are just quite the comics! They both know a lot of sign language and are happy happy girls!

Noodle can hear very loud noises but like Libby, she often chooses not to hear us. :0) She loves to dig holes when it is muddy and chase water from the hose when we water the pigs. She likes to go for walks but we have such a coyote problem, dogs roaming and a cougar out here we usually just play in the yard with her. Not sure what I would do (besides need a change of drawers) if we walked up on any of the 'bad guys'. Yikes!

Noodle and Libby both steal socks off our feet and drag socks and gloves outside to stash if they find any. Noodle loves to turn work gloves inside out- doesn't take her long either. They are never the same when she does that. They just get added to her toy stash!

She is like a book end to Libby when they do tricks. Sit, stay, lay down, give kisses, shake, speak, quiet and 'no'. She is more centered on inside, specially when the weather is cold or wet. She curls up on the couch and naps a LOT. She is a very bad influence on me!

News Update

7/18/14- The sheep are enjoying some breezy, not so humid days. Even doing a little tanning of tummies and legs? Whoa!

They are also working on a new blog. We can get into the old one but not to edit or add to it. It will stay on our site as 'archives'. Lots to do lots to do.

Our next update will be Tuesday, July 22. If you are looking for something you don't see on the site, just send an email on over!

Smooches from the sheep!
