Shipping
Shipping will be calculated by the shopcart.  Our good friend James recommends stepping back when you open your box of fiber! We work very hard to keep shipping charges to a minimum and since wool is very 'squishable', it is very easy to pack a large amount into a small box--which could lead to a fiber explosion!

Wisconsin residents must pay sales tax and this will be calculated by the shopcart 5.5 % sales tax to order.)

Mail Orders
After receiving an order confirmation email, payment is to reach the Homestead within 10 days (unless other arrangements are made) or item(s) will be returned to our stock and offered for sale.

Homestead Terms and Conditions:
We try to accurately describe items for sale through words and pictures--there can be a variance in color from computer screen to computer screen. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges. There will be a $35 bank charge on all returned checks.

Returns, Loss and Damage
Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns, claims for damage and please read policies below!
1) Returns must be arranged within 30 days of receipt of item and item must return to us in original condition.
2) Approved return products may be returned for merchandise/store credit only-no cash refunds.
3) Shipping fees are not refundable.
